"I bring more than 35 years of experience as a certified addiction counselor, sound healer, breathwork and group facilitator, lifestyle and fitness coach, and EFT practitioner. Throughout my career, I have worked with countless at-risk youth and their families, as well as women with addicted loved ones, addressing traumas, trauma-related grief, and the many entanglements that come with these deep-seated and often overlooked wounds.
I began my healing journey long ago, and as I’ve discovered, our journey never ends. Along the way, I’ve had many breakthrough moments and experienced lots of healing, but the most profound shift I’ve ever experienced was in my first breathwork session. I literally felt old trauma and emotions I didn’t know still existed leave my body. That experience blew my mind and changed my life forever.
Today, I share this journey with the world, transforming my wound into my medicine, my labor of love, mission, and calling. I believe that we all deserve healing and that we can heal the deepest wounds if we are willing to tell the truth, take meaningful, messy, imperfect action, and become part of a safe and loving community where we can be heard, seen, witnessed, and loved into wholeness. It also confirmed my passion, devotion, and commitment to continue creating a safe, supportive, and loving community for women like you and me—a place of healing where you can be seen, heard, held, believed, and witnessed. I believe with all of my heart that healing is possible for anyone who is willing to show up and do their work, stay the course, dig deep, and step outside their comfort zone. This journey is not for the faint of heart, but it is for those ready to take the true hero's journey. It takes courage, and it takes community.
